I don't talk about myself very often so take it while you can. Three fun facts: I am a full time nurse, a dog mom to my son Joey, and owner of A Minor Thing Photography. Although I do enjoy a cozy night at home, I love to stay busy and be on the go during the day. If you see me out, don't be afraid to say hi and give Joey some love if he's with me. Like I said I'm always moving. Im not sure if it's my ADHD or just my personality, you can decide that when we meet.
Well, I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and am blessed to have most of my family still here with me today. Many family members have an artist touch, so I am blessed with creativity and weirdness. My reason for photography is that my memory isn't always the best. Photos capture a specific moment in time that we will never get back physically and unfortunately may lose mentally. Being a nurse, I see my patients light up a room with their smile when they see a photo and remember a simple story and moment in their life. They might not remember what they had for breakfast but they remember singing and dancing in the kitchen with their family. So let's capture more of these moments and hold onto these memories for as long as we can.
